ABB is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch of products within the Warehouse Electrification team in Apodaca. You will establish procedures aligned with production schedules and drive process improvements across the department.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, 2+ years of experience, SAP and Excel skills, and strong leadership with a focus on inventory accuracy and customer service. English level is intermediate.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in warehouse data analysis and information management, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Intermediate English level.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership experience to drive operational success and team performance.

This position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

This role is contributing to the Warehouse Electrification team in Apodaca.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintaining computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
• Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures.
