PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Oracle Manager to lead Release/Delivery AMS projects across Oracle applications. You will guide delivery, coach teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives and PwC standards.

Responsibilities include defining project plans, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 6 years of experience in a related consulting/implementation role.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

As an Oracle Manager Release/Delivery AMS, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in consulting services for various business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Oracle E-Business Suite
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system linkages and interactions
