PwC México Acceleration Center is seeking an Oracle HCM Manager to guide clients through Oracle consulting within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and deliver tailored Oracle HCM solutions across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

You will mentor staff, ensure project success, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrity and innovation. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in Oracle consulting or related fields.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

As an Oracle HCM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of Oracle consulting within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will leverage your expertise in business application consulting to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive their success. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be at the forefront of our Application Evolution Services ‑ Oracle practice, driving impactful change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle HCM consulting projects and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle‑based solutions
• Utilizing technical proficiency in Oracle E‑Business Suite and CRM to enhance client service delivery
• Developing and overseeing the deployment of enterprise software solutions to optimize business processes
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and emerging practices across Oracle consulting teams
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
• Coordinating the integration of enterprise systems to support seamless business operations
• Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle application frameworks
• Identifying opportunities for process standardization and improvement in client engagements
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle CRM
