PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Oracle EPM Senior Associate to engage with clients, analyze needs, and implement PCM/EDM/ARCS solutions. You will work across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to deliver practical outcomes.

In the Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will apply broad consulting skills to optimize operations, provide training, and grow your professional brand while guiding teams through complex challenges.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• English language proficiency required (oral and written).

As an Oracle EPM - PCM / EDM / ARCS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
