Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Strong HR process knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements and propose tech-driven improvements.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with testing, deployments, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Advise on HR transformation initiatives and process standardization.
• Support full project lifecycle including SIT, UAT, and deployments.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data conversions.
