Job summary

Argano is hiring a Lead Consultant in Mexico City to manage mid- to large-size Oracle Cloud HCM engagements, aligning client processes with best practices and driving efficiency across Time and Labor and Absence Management. You will lead workshops, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality configurations to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Client Services experience or related field with module-specific experience in Absence Management or Time and Labor.
• 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with understanding of business concepts.
• Experience with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, Visual Builder Studio, and FastFormula; Redwood implementation and upgrade experience is highly preferred.
• Oracle certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Proven ability to lead and manage mid-size client projects independently and to support sales as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Align client’s business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods in collaboration with the technical team.
• Lead client workshops to formulate functional requirements and align to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Identify gaps and design solutions; configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet requirements.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
• Manage module track of the project including scope, expectations, risk, and test scripts.
• Oversee project team members with coaching on design, configuration, and documentation.
• Participate in internal forums for training and innovative design as a visionary leader in Oracle Cloud.
