A technology consulting firm is looking for an Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant based in Mexico City. This hybrid position involves consulting directly with US clients and leading complex Oracle Fusion HCM projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in HCM and at least 7 years in end-to-end Fusion HCM support. Formación

• 10+ years of overall experience on HCM.
• 7+ years of experience on Fusion HCM projects.
• Experience leading complex HCM projects from a functional perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with US clients on Oracle HCM solutions.
• Lead overall solution development for complex projects.
• Advise on various Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

This position is a HYBRID position to work from Mexico City. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.

We offer:

• $80,000 to $100,0000 MXN gross monthly
• 3 days at office

Required Qualifications:

• Should have overall 10+ years of experience on HCM and a minimum 7 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion HCM support/enhancement projects.
• Responsible to lead the overall solution from Oracle Fusion HCM functional perspective for complex projects.
• Should have good business, subject and consulting experience on Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, Payroll and good knowledge on other modules such as Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, Help Desk
