Job summary

Capgemini in Aguascalientes is seeking an Oracle S2P Consultant to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes using Oracle Cloud Procurement.

Lead discovery sessions, configure Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, and Supplier Management while collaborating with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable procurement solutions aligned with best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and define procurement transformation strategies.
• Design and configure Oracle S2P modules: Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Management.
• Analyze current procurement processes and recommend best-practice improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Support full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration.
• Develop functional specs and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Advise clients on Oracle Cloud innovations and procurement standardization opportunities.
