Accenture México is seeking Oracle HRMS / EBS Technical Consultants to join our Monterrey-based teams. The role focuses on the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle HRMS solutions, blending deep technical expertise with HR process knowledge.

You will work in complex enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams on critical integration and transformation initiatives within Oracle ecosystems. This is an on-site role in Monterrey, Mexico.

Formación

• Experience with end-to-end HRMS implementations.
• Advanced payroll configuration experience is preferred.
• Experience in OAF customizations and extensions development.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement and support Oracle HRMS solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Perform integrations and reporting using PL/SQL.
• Provide high-impact production support for Oracle HRMS projects.
