Argano in Mexico City seeks a Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-scale client engagements, delivering expert guidance on Oracle Cloud solutions and technology strategy to drive value for customers.

You will mentor colleagues, lead workshops, ensure quality delivery, and collaborate across teams, traveling as needed to meet client objectives and support growth of the consulting practice.

Formación

• Minimum of four (4) full life cycle, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within your module of expertise.
• Module-specific experience in Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys, is required; related consulting experience with competing product sets is considered.
• Oracle certification in your module of expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Align clients' processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs.
• Collaborate with the technical consulting team to implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead client workshops to formulate functional requirements and align with Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Identify gaps and design solutions aligned with delivery.
• Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet requirements and document setup.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts to processes and systems.
• Manage the module track, including scope, risks, and team coaching throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and support clients through test script execution.
• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
