Job summary

Hussmann is seeking a capable Lean/OPEX professional to drive SQCDM daily management and build a problem-solving culture in our plant. The role involves leading OPEX initiatives, coaching A3 teams, and delivering training across the site.

You will implement standard work, 5S, visual management, and Kaizen activities, while planning events that challenge processes to achieve daily improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-5 years of experience.
• Intermediate English.
• Team player with initiative and dynamic.

Responsibilities

• SQCDM Daily management (structure, tracking, training, audit, recognition).
• Coach A3 report triggered by A3 teams.
• Opex tools/practice training for each A3 team.
• Develop & implement Opex practice in the shopfloor (Gemba Walks, 5S, Std work, A3, Kaizen, visual management).
• Plan and develop Challenge the process event.
