Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation in Mexico is seeking a proactive leader to drive SQCDM daily management, coaching, and problem-solving culture on the plant floor. You will structure daily management, train teams, audit processes and recognize performance to sustain improvements.

Responsibilities include coaching A3 report flows, delivering Opex training for each A3 team, and implementing Gemba Walks, 5S, Standard Work, A3 and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's degree.
• 0 - 5 years of experience.
• Intermediate English.
• Team player with innitiave and dynamic.

Responsibilities

• SQCDM Daily management (structure, tracking, training, audit, recognition).
• Coach A3 report triggered by A3 teams.
• Opex tools/practice training for each A3 team.
• Develop & implement Opex practice in the shopfloor (Gemba Walks, 5S, Std work, A3, Kaizen, visual management).
• Plan and develop Challenge the process event.
