Johnson Controls is seeking an engineer to support Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and 5S audits across facilities. You will help generate savings projects and standardize best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering background, advanced English, and proficiency with Excel and AutoCAD. The role offers growth and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S
• Strong problem-solving abilities and use of tools
• Experience with time and motion studies and process mapping
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental management

Responsabilidades

• Support for improvement activities arising from rewards program
• Support for savings projects arising from KAIZEN events
• Training, organization, and support of Value Stream Map activities
• Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results
• Coordination of the 5S audit and recognition program
• Generation of savings projects
• Follow-up to standardization of best practices
• Line balancing
• A3 development
