Job summary

Clarios seeks an OEX Master to lead Operational Excellence across the plant, deploying CMS 2.0 principles and coaching teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC projects. You will drive continuous improvement, analyze gaps, and ensure outcomes align with business goals.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and finance to elevate performance, develop capabilities, and sustain high-performance teams in a plant-based role with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean or Six Sigma roles.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, RCA, HPT, TPM, CMS OE principles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and plant processes.
• Ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• English proficiency around 85%.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of Operational Excellence systems and CMS 2.0 across the plant.
• Drive improvement through data analysis, gap assessments, and performance reviews.
• Execute DMAIC, Lean, and Six Sigma projects aligned with plant priorities.
• Coach leaders and teams on OE tools; facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Coordinate annual productivity planning and develop business cases.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, finance, and plant leadership.
