Panasonic Corporation of North America is seeking a candidate to provide active leadership and support to develop and sustain SQCDM daily management, fostering a problem-solving culture on the plant floor.

The role includes coaching A3 teams, delivering Opex tools training, and implementing shopfloor practices like 5S, standard work, and Kaizen. Must be a team player capable of initiative and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Team-oriented with initiative and dynamism.

Responsabilités

• SQCDM Daily management (structure, tracking, training, audit, recognition).
• Coach A3 report triggered by A3 teams.
• Opex tools/practice training for each A3 team.
• Develop & implement Opex practice in the shopfloor (Gemba Walks, 5S, Std work, A3, Kaizen, visual management).
• Plan and develop Challenge the process event.
