Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance/Quality Engineer to lead APQP/PPAP activities during NPI and product changes. You will represent Operations in review meetings and ensure delivery of quality plans on time.

You will bridge design and manufacturing, identify early design deficiencies, support MAB readiness, and monitor launches with Early Launch Containment. Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 years of total experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong APQP/PPAP knowledge and AIAG guidelines.
• Experience bridging design with manufacturing and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead AIAG AQP activities in NPI and product changes; represent Operations in project reviews.
• Engage with project teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality plans addressing NUDs, CTQs, and check fixture risks.
• Serve as Hussmann SME on APQP/PPAP methodologies; train cross-functional teams at all sites.
