Gates Corporation in Mexico is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to partner with HR and hiring managers across Operations to fill open positions in multiple plants.

You will optimize job descriptions, interview processes and candidate experience, while updating SAP SuccessFactors and building Gates’ Talent Community. The role emphasizes English proficiency, strong communication and proactive sourcing in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Advanced English level (conversational).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Update recruitment and selection platforms to measure process indicators (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Ensure correct tracking of the recruitment process for Operations.
• Manage recruitment vendors (background checks, medical checks, psychometric tests, job boards).
• Assess applicants by interviewing, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to requirements; source candidates via social media and industry trends.
• Build Gates Talent Community and knowledge of company processes and customers.
• Support improvements to job descriptions, interviews, and candidate experience.
