Gates Corporation in Mexico seeks an Operations Manager to lead production processes, optimize resource use, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple teams. You will report to the Plant Manager and coordinate with managers to meet customer requirements and business goals.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in mechanical/industrial engineering with 7+ years in similar roles, and Lean Six Sigma certification.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or other Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position in relevant industries.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the production process and teams within a plant or function.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met hour by hour.
• Implement, interpret and execute policies; adjust processes as needed.
• Guide and influence others; coordinate with Senior Management for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and international system requirements.
