• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manages an area or multiple teams within a plant or corporate function.
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Decisions guided by policies, resources and business plan with guidance from direct manager.
• Integrates industry best practices to achieve objectives.
• Identifies and resolves moderately complex business problems.
• Delivers information to Senior Management and recommends options.
• Ensures service levels and team performance meet quality, volume, and timeliness goals.
• Implements and executes policies; participates in process improvements.
• Guides and persuades internal and external stakeholders.
