Valid, a leading technology provider, is seeking an Operations & Reliability Tech Lead to manage operations strategies with a focus on high availability and scalability. This role is critical for driving the operational lifecycle of production systems, ensuring 24/7 reliability.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. The position offers flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to work on innovative global projects.

Formación

• 7 years of experience in infrastructure, operations strategy, or reliability engineering roles.
• Advanced English level.
• Candidates must be based in Mexico City or surrounding areas with availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational lifecycle of production services ensuring high availability.
• Define metrics-driven monitoring and observability.
• Drive improvements in deployment strategies.
• Provide technical leadership during incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite

Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments

Experience with databases & SQL
