NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support cloud operations for microservice platforms. You will manage production reliability, incident response, automation and CI/CD across AWS and Azure environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with proactive production support and a focus on reducing toil through automation and observability improvements.

Formación

• 6–8+ years in SRE/DevOps/Cloud or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS and Azure experience.
• Terraform for IaC expertise.
• Experience with Atlantis, ArgoCD or similar tooling.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience; CI/CD pipelines.
• Production support, incident management and postmortems.
• Observability: monitoring, logs, tracing and profiling.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability of cloud-based services and infrastructure.
• Lead on-call rotations, incident response and RCA processes.
• Design and maintain IaC with Terraform and Atlantis.
• Improve GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and CI/CD tooling.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads and containerized apps across AWS/Azure.
• Develop runbooks, diagnostic procedures and postmortems.
