Thales is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom and IT service projects. You will interface with delivery teams, customers, and leadership to drive execution across infrastructure, service operations, and migrations.

The role requires strong experience in telecom/cloud infrastructure, multi-country delivery, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering on time, within scope, and within budget. Agile or hybrid delivery experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecom, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in project delivery within telecom or IT services.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or strategic customer projects.
• PMP and/or Agile/ SAFe desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver end-to-end project lifecycle for telecom or managed services projects.
• Manage customer engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, and contractual obligations are met.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and resources.
• Track and control project financials: revenue, cost, margin, forecasts.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations across multi-vendor environments.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including network, infrastructure, and service delivery.
• Lead status reporting to stakeholders and executive governance bodies.
• Ensure successful handover to operations.
