RXO Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Morning Shift in Monterrey to lead staffing, budget adherence, and process improvements across transportation operations.

You will supervise and mentor frontline leaders, coordinate with Account Managers, and drive continuous performance using metrics and standard procedures. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in transportation/ops, 3+ years in a supervisory role, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation and operations management.
• Experience leading teams with 3+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Ability to manage budgets and interpret supply chain KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Proven problem-solving and crisis management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess staffing to maintain quality service while minimizing overtime cost.
• Oversee supervision functions and mentor coordinators; use metrics and tools for reviews.
• Coordinate policy changes between Account Managers and operations; investigate issues and root causes.
• Communicate changes to staff; participate in quality meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Identify process efficiencies with operations and system engineers; implement specs.
• Analyze data to resolve issues and maintain budget compliance.
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes as needed.
