RXO Inc. in Monterrey is seeking an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes assigned to each carrier.

You will perform daily time analysis and manage KPIs, with BI reporting for customers and internal teams. Key activities include scheduling pickups and deliveries, notifying customers of deviations, answering driver and customer inquiries, entering updates into the dispatch system, and supporting the equipment administration and operations staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of ground transportation experience.
• Proficiency in English for conversations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments and routes.
• Provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Enter data into dispatch systems and generate reports.
• Support equipment administration and operations teams.
• Coordinate ad hoc projects as needed.
