Amazon seeks an Operations Manager to lead inbound/outbound operations, or a functional process across shifts within an Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will coach 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates, driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement to deliver faster, more accurate orders.

Formación

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 8+ years of operations management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of strong operations management proficiency in data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates.
• Manage safety, compliance, and a safe work environment across the site.
• Drive capacity planning to ensure site success and meet customer demand.
• Identify and implement Lean process improvements to delight customers.
• Balance labor and productivity by collaborating with other Operations Managers.
• Monitor and adjust performance metrics to improve inbound/outbound productivity.
