Aon is seeking an Operations Manager in Mexico City to lead and mentor the Talent Advisory team, delivering high-quality data, content, and product support across multiple lines of business. The role is hybrid, based in Mexico City with flexible options after a 3‑month training period.

Formación

• University studies completed and proficient in English.
• Strong project management skills with leadership across multiple projects.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Capability to manage large/diverse teams and service delivery across domains, clients and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous setups.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an operations team (colleagues and managers) to deliver service for multiple LOBs on time and with quality.
• Manage work allocation, quality assurance, metrics, engagement, retention, and hiring.
• Collaborate with onshore customers and product partners to meet delivery expectations and build research insights.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in operations.
• Apply Quality Framework and QA methodologies across deliverables.
