Aon Corporation in Mexico City is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and mentor our Talent Advisory team. This full-time hybrid role supports multiple lines of business by delivering high-quality data, content, and product support across the Global Capability Center.

You will oversee service delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, while partnering with onshore clients and product partners to meet timelines and quality goals.

Formación

• University studies completed and proficient in English.
• Strong project management skills and leadership across medium to high-impact projects.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Experience managing large, diverse teams across locations/time zones and delivering service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the Talent Advisory team to deliver high-quality data, content and product support across multiple LOBs.
• Oversee operations, work allocation, quality, metrics, engagement, retention and growth hiring.
• Coordinate with onshore customers and product partners to meet delivery timelines and quality.
• Drive innovation and efficiency while adhering to QA methodologies.
