TE Connectivity is seeking a Manager II, Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering, to lead a multi-site Assembly Equipment Design/Build and Center of Excellence (CoE) organization within Advanced Manufacturing. This role partners with Operations, Launch, Product Engineering, Sourcing, and others to deliver measurable business value.

The role emphasizes governance of portfolio priorities, development of internal capabilities, and deployment of standardized manufacturing technologies across

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing or capital-equipment environments with leadership experience.
• Experience with Center of Excellence, standardization and technology deployment across sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multi-site organization of managers, engineers and technical resources.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assembly design/build and CoE deployment.
• Establish portfolio/workload governance, priorities and resource plans across sites.
• Drive common engineering methods, standards, modular platforms and reusable platforms.
• Promote innovation in scalable automation and AI-enabled manufacturing when it adds value.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and financial requirements.
