G&W Electric Co. seeks an experienced Operations leader to run Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance, setting objectives and driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

This role leads plant supervisors, develops capacity and budget plans, and ensures compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 while fostering cross‑functional collaboration. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and a proven track record in

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; professional degree required.
• Five to seven years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Three to five years in a low-volume/high-mix engineered-to-order and built-to-order environment.
• At least ten years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing Production, Warehouse, material-flow and Maintenance; strong KPI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Operations strategy for Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
• Establish a performance management framework via Lean Daily Management System and KPIs.
• Lead Supervisors and Team Leaders to align with plant priorities and drive results.
• Lead capacity, resource, and budget planning; control labor, overtime, MRO, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and ISO 9001/14001/45001; maintain process documentation.
• Develop and maintain processes; manage ERP and cross-functional collaboration.
