TE Connectivity seeks a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and guide teams on the shop floor. You will define objectives, drive process improvements, and resolve technical issues to meet production schedules.

The role requires leadership under pressure, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in coordinating production teams to deliver high-quality results.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as production supervisor.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; 3 years in a demanding production environment.
• Experience with tooling and assembly construction.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong conflict management and teamwork capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to perform under pressure.
