TE Connectivity is seeking a Manager II, Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering to lead a multi-site Assembly Equipment Design/Build and a Center of Excellence (CoE) organization within Advanced Manufacturing. You will drive portfolio governance, standardization, and deployment of manufacturing technologies across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, automation or capital-equipment environments with leadership.
• Experience with Center of Excellence, standardization and technology deployment across multiple sites.
• Fluent English with strong presentation and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multi-site organization of managers, engineers and technical resources, including performance management and talent allocation.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Assembly Design/Build organization.
• Own portfolio, workload and capacity governance for the build shops; establish clear priorities and resource plans.
• Drive common engineering methods, standards, modular platforms, and reuse across locations.
• Lead the Assembly CoE operating model and deployment of best practices across sites.
• Establish a disciplined performance-management system with KPIs for delivery, cost, productivity, and quality.
• Partner with cross-functional regional stakeholders to align requirements and decision rights.
• Promote scalable automation, digital and AI-enabled manufacturing capabilities when value is created.
• Ensure compliance with TE safety, quality, and business processes.
• Represent the organization in regional and executive-level reviews.
