Latino Legends is recruiting an Operations Specialist on behalf of a premier real estate tech client. This role is the financial and operational backbone of a growing Sunbelt portfolio, handling daily reports, AP/AR workflows, vendor communications, and cross-team process improvements.

You will leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation (Make.com, Zapier) to streamline workflows, own end-to-end tasks, and ensure data integrity across systems like Yardi, AvidXchange, Coda, and Excel.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred.
Proven background in high-volume operations, business administration, finance, or property management.
Fluent English (written and spoken) with professional communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; comfortable with Yardi, AvidXchange, Coda.

Responsabilidades

Daily Operational Execution: run recurring processes on schedule and review reports for anomalies.
Financial Data & Reporting: generate weekly/monthly reports; track KPIs and budget variances.
AP/AR & Vendor Operations: manage invoicing, payments, and vendor relationships end-to-end.
AI, Automation & Process Improvement: implement AI/automation to reduce repetitive work.
Operations Coordinator Backup: cross-train to cover PTO, peak volumes, or transitions.
System & Data Integrity: maintain accuracy across Yardi, AvidXchange, Coda, Excel, and Workspace.
