The Opportunity
RevOps at Osmind owns the revenue architecture across the full customer journey, from first marketing touch through closed‑won, onboarding, expansion, and retention. That journey runs across four distinct go‑to‑market motions: scaled SMB sales, mid market sales‑led with outbound, clinician customer engagement and upsell, and enterprise life sciences. Each has its own pipeline definitions, handoff logic, channels and conversion metrics. Keeping them connected and compounding is the core challenge. This role reports to the Revenue Operations Lead and works across all four.
You will work in a modern stack (HubSpot, Gong, Cargo, Unify, Metabase, Stripe, DocuSign, Arrows, Pylon, Chameleon) and be expected to extend it with AI‑native workflows from day one. You will have the AI tools you need, whether that is Claude, Cursor, Cargo, Zapier or Lovable. A strong candidate would be able to sit in a working session, follow what the business is trying to do, and turn it into system work that holds up.
The role is built to grow. You will sit in the architecture, pricing and segmentation discussions rather than receive the output of them, and take on more of the design work as your understanding of the business deepens. The team is small, so you will have direct access to the people making those decisions.
What success looks like in the first 6 months: you own the systems work, and the teams that depend on it come to you directly. You have shipped at least one automation that took real manual work off someone's plate. You understand how the revenue engine fits together well enough to be forming a view on where it should go next.
What You’ll Own
GTM systems
Build and maintain the CRM and the tooling around it: workflows, properties, pipelines, lists, dashboards, integrations, permissions. HubSpot is the center of gravity. You own the recurring hygiene that keeps the data trustworthy, and you close out the requests that come in from every function.
Revenue data and reporting
Keep the deal, product and revenue data accurate as the business changes shape. Build and maintain the dashboards leadership, sales and finance run on, and turn around ad hoc pulls fast. Support the reconciliation between what a customer is contracted for and what has actually been collected.
Deal process
Run the operational side of the deal desk: intake, routing, approvals, rate tables and contract templates. Sales gets a pricing decision back quickly and consistently, and you are part of why.
Campaign and outbound operations
Build and QA the target lists behind outbound and upsell campaigns. Keep account and contact data enriched and deduplicated, load audiences, and maintain the routing and attribution behind sourced pipeline.
Process design and automation
Get the process right before automating it. The first question is what the correct, durable process is and whether it still holds when volume triples. The second is how AI and automation make that process faster, cheaper and more accurate. Both matter, in that order. Start with the work you touch every week (enrichment, routing, hygiene, reporting) and build so the end‑user of that workflow or process has something that holds up rather than something that has to be rebuilt.
Documentation and enablement
Write down how each system actually works as you build in it, and answer the questions other teams bring. This is what keeps systems knowledge from sitting with one person.

What We're Looking For
Bonus Points
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
Join Sitetracker's Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping our AI‑first future, directly enabling our customer‑facing teams across the business. This is a unique opportunity to build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations from the ground up, replacing manual processes and dramatically increasing the velocity and efficiency of critical business functions. You'll be at the forefront of structuring our team around cutting‑edge AI, not just layering it on top, seeing the direct business impact of every solution you create.
What You'll Do
As an Operations Associate - AI Developer, you will step into a brand‑new role designed to leverage your expertise with leading AI tools like Claude, Agentforce, Cursor, and Gemini, alongside agent frameworks, to construct intelligent automations that live inside and interact with Salesforce. This includes building Salesforce Flows, Apex‑backed automations, LWC components, and AI powered actions that read and write to Salesforce objects, surfacing insights, triggering workflows, and eliminating manual work across our Customer Experience organization.
This role operates on an afternoon shift to ensure meaningful overlap with the US‑based Director of Operations and the broader Customer Experience team. For candidates based in Mexico City, this means approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. The majority of design document handoffs, build reviews, and quality gate discussions happen during the overlap window with EST time.
You will receive clear, structured design requirements and user stories from the Director of Operations and independently translate these briefs into fully functional AI agents, automations, and skills. This role is part of a dynamic, shared builder pool, requiring you to demonstrate cross‑domain capability, seamlessly executing builds across both process automation and Salesforce systems domains to deliver high‑impact solutions for our global operations.
You will execute a complete build cycle for every assignment: read and clarify the design document and user stories before starting, build independently, self‑test against defined acceptance criteria, and submit a fully documented build — including test data and expected outputs — for quality review. Builds that pass the quality gate go to production. Builds that do not come back with a clear failure report, and you address them before
