The Big Jobsite seeks an Operations and Process Optimization Lead for our fully remote Mexico team. You will drive efficiency and continuous improvement across client operations using Lean and Six Sigma, delivering measurable outcomes.

This remote-first role values leadership, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to guide teams and mentor consultants while working from anywhere in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or management consulting, with Lean/Six Sigma focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assessment and redesign of client operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, quality improvement, and waste reduction.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive measurable operational enhancements.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with client teams to facilitate change management and ensure sustainable process adoption.
• Create compelling business cases and ROI analyses for proposed operational changes.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and client personnel in process improvement techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or management consulting, with a focus on Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operational improvement projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean manufacturing/service principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly desired).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Must be able to work effectively and independently from any location in Mexico, with strong internet connectivity.
