FedEx Express México is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide daily operational and administrative support across ground ops, ramp, and gateway locations in Puebla.

You will trace packages, dispatch deliveries, manage service schedules, supervise in the absence of management, and train staff to ensure procedures are followed.

Requirements include a High School degree and four years of express, cargo, airline, or transportation experience, plus strong communication and computer literacy.

Formación

• High School Degree/Equivalent.
• Four (4) years express, cargo, airline, or transportation experience.
• Good verbal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to management in ground ops, ramp, and gateway locations.
• Trace packages, dispatch deliveries and pickups, and handle customer interactions.
• Lead and train location staff and ensure established procedures are followed.
• Coordinate service schedules and station documentation and reports.
• Support weekly and monthly activity reviews.
