FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide daily operational and administrative support to senior managers in ground ops, ramp, and gateway locations at the Puebla site. The role requires coordinating tasks, handling package tracing, dispatching, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

• High School Degree/Equivalent required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to Sr Manager or a Manager in ground ops, ramp, and/or gateway locations.
• Trace packages, dispatch, delivery and pick-up, and interact with customers.
• Lead and provide technical support to operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Supervise in the absence of management.
• Coordinate processing of station documentation and reports.
• Provide weekly and monthly activity reviews and training to staff.
