Arrow Electronics is seeking an Operations Account Specialist to drive operational performance for assigned customer tiers and coordinate end-to-end order processing. The role emphasizes backlogs, SLA adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in similar roles, strong English communication, and solid Excel skills to support pricing, quotes, and backlog resolution in a hybrid Mexico-based office.

Responsabilidades

• Owns operational performance to Operations Account Manager for Tier 1 & 2 accounts or direct ownership for Tier 3 & 4 accounts.
• Manages end-to-end customer backlog and ensures orders move through the system.
• Promises date and alert management in Open Backlog; communicates status, issues, and risks.
• Manages customer price book and quoting in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborates with order management, IT, and sales teams to resolve order processing questions.

At Arrow, our Business Support professionals help drive operational excellence by connecting people, improving processes, and enabling collaboration across our global organization.Whether you're supporting business operations, coordinating projects, or helping teams work more efficiently, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, deliver exceptional service, and help build a more agile, connected, and innovative business.**What You'll Do:*** Owns operational performance to Operations Account Manager for Tier 1 & 2 accounts OR owns operation performance directly for Tier 3 & 4 accounts.* Understands assigned customer contract requirements for SLA and adherence* Manages end to end customer backlog process and all actions required to ensure orders are moving through system* Promise Date and Alert Manage in Open Backlog* Communicates status, issues, and risks for all owned processes to Operations Account Managers or directly to customer and on calls* Manage customer price book and quoting process through coordination with cross functional teams* Config Sheet enhancement and process* Work cross functionally with order management team to ensure all questions are answered and issues are resolved regarding order processing* Collaborates cross functionally with other operations and sales team members as needed for customer support and engagement* Owns logging and resolving IT tickets for backlog management processes and supports order management with their ticket escalations* Actions daily shipping end-of-night reports* Understands and targets customer types and differences, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV)* Stays up to date on system enhancements, training, and new capabilities from Business Transformation and IT.**What We're Looking For:*** 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, providing support to customers or sales teams.* A senior level support.* Works independently; receives minimal guidance.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.* Acts as an informal resource for colleagues.* Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.* Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Oracle ERP.**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we're committed to helping our employees thrive, both at work and beyond.
