Arrow Electronics in Tlaquepaque, Mexico seeks a Business Process Analyst to manage tariff handling and related IMMEX processes. You will clarify tariff implications, validate understanding, and drive ERP-based workflows while protecting financial exposure.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, asset and operations teams, reviewing inventory status, and ensuring timely tariff actions. Strong English communication and 4-year degree are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Familiarity with tariffs, international regulations, and trade compliance
• Understanding of global markets and cross-border operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Oracle ERP experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly status of aging and expiring inventory
• Lead calls with sales, asset and operations to ensure timely disposition of inventory
• Initiate inventory movement (IRISO's) and troubleshoot transfer/disposition issues
• Coordinate with Trade Ops and Logistics to ensure timely execution of tariff-related processes
• Provide support in tariff-related, non-IMMEX processes
