Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience leading or deploying Operational Excellence programs (TPM/IWS/WCM).
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy for Puebla Plant.
• Drive TPM deployment across pillars and ensure sustainability.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate losses and improve equipment reliability.
• Coach cross-functional teams and build capability in continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of productivity, safety, and cost objectives.
