Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar required.
• Experience as Production Supervisor or in operations within metal‑mechanic, automotive, chemical, or similar industries.
• Knowledge of ISO standards 14001, 18001, 45001; IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Lead start‑of‑shift meetings reinforcing safety messages, PPE use, and team engagement.
• Stop unsafe activities to protect people, equipment, and product quality.
• Audit first‑piece approvals, operating conditions, and proper equipment release.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Gemba, and other methodologies.
• Oversee equipment care, maintenance work orders, and timely closure of tasks.
• Manage attendance, payroll exceptions, vacation planning, and personnel schedules.
