Clarios, LLC is seeking an OEX Master to lead the deployment of Operational Excellence across the plant, coaching teams in Lean and Six Sigma and driving continuous improvement programs. The role emphasizes coaching, workshops, and governance to raise OE maturity.

You will partner with operations, maintenance, finance, and leadership to align initiatives with business goals, while coaching High Performance Teams and ensuring sustainable results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar professional role.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, High Performance Teams, TPM, Gap Analysis, and CMS Operational Excellence principles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and plant business processes.
• Proven ability to coach teams, drive change, and influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• English proficiency: 85%.

• Coach and mentor leaders, supervisors, and plant teams on OE tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and provide ongoing coaching to project leaders and teams.
