Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join the People team in Mexico City, onsite. The role drives day-to-day facilities, employee engagement, and culture initiatives, partnering with site leadership and stakeholders to create a welcoming, efficient workplace.

You will manage budgets, oversee vendor relationships, plan events, and optimize spaces while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-moving tech environment. 4+ years in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, office management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating facilities operations, workplace services and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience planning and delivering employee events or workplace engagement activities.
• Experience tracking operational budgets and managing workplace-related expenses.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related needs, ensuring employees feel supported and heard.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing office environment.
• Partner with the People Team and site leadership to continuously elevate employee experience.
• Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage vendor relationships, building operations, and maintenance services.
• Drive workplace safety, compliance, and space optimisation initiatives.
• Plan and execute engaging office events, team activities, and studio-wide moments.
• Manage logistics end-to-end, from vendor coordination to on-site execution.
• Support initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, and team morale.
• Manage budgets related to workplace, facilities, and events with a focus on impact and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and scale operations.
• Proactively solve problems in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
