Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Apodaca, Mexico to oversee warehouse operations, lead a team handling receiving, storage and dispatch, and align activities with production schedules. You will maintain stock records, develop work instructions, and ensure efficient material flow.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, 2+ years in similar positions, SAP and Excel proficiency, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar warehouse roles.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; strong data analysis and inventory management.
• Intermediate English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and manage a team handling receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Maintain computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
• Oversee logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Drive health, safety, and security procedures and communicate with internal clients.
