Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate inventory and efficient material flow. The role focuses on implementing work instructions and coordinating with internal clients to align with production schedules.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with intermediate English. On-site role in Mexico.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
Experience in warehouse environments and team leadership.
Strong data analysis and inventory accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations and manage a team of receive, store and dispatch personnel.
Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow aligned with production schedules.
Oversee receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations and maintain safe work environment.
Enforce health, safety and security procedures; monitor compliance with policies.
Communicate with internal clients and drive operational performance.
