ABB is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate inventory and efficient material flow. The role focuses on implementing work instructions and coordinating with internal clients to align with production schedules.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with intermediate English. On-site role in Mexico.

This position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

• This role is contributing to the Warehouse Electrification team in Apodaca.
• Maintaining computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
• Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures.
• Communicating and interacting with internal clients.
• Ability of building teams, training employees and monitoring performance.
• Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and HSE standards.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 2+ years of experience working in similar positions.
• Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in warehouse data analysis and information management, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Intermediate English level.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership experience to drive operational success and team performance.
