• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and manage a team that receives, handles, stores and dispatches products.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Maintain computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
• Oversee logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Enforce health, safety and security procedures.
• Communicate and interact with internal clients.
• Build teams, train employees and monitor performance.
• Maintain a safe work environment per policies and regulations.
