Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Apodaca to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and improve processes. You will manage inbound, storage, and dispatch activities, ensure accuracy, and develop work instructions aligned with production schedules.

The role requires experience in warehousing, SAP and Excel proficiency, and an intermediate English level. You will contribute to safety standards and collaborate with internal clients to drive performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar warehouse roles.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel.
• Strong data analysis and inventory accuracy skills.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Intermediate English.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and manage a team handling inbound, storage, and dispatch.
• Adjust procedures to meet production schedules and workflow.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Ensure safety, health, and security procedures are followed.
