Job summary

ARSAN International Consulting Group is seeking a Plant Supply Chain Manager in Mexico to ensure timely, cost-effective provision of materials for the production plan. You will coordinate purchasing, shipping, logistics, and ERP-based processes while maintaining inventory levels and ensuring on-time deliveries.

The role requires Lean manufacturing expertise, 5+ years in automotive supply chains, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Travel nationally and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Materials, Logistics, or a similar field.
• Master's degree in Logistics, Sustainable Industrial Systems, Material Sciences, etc., is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing Leading function (Automotive Industry).

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to maintain inventory reliability for raw materials and finished products.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and transportation companies.
• Determine and monitor the correct flow of materials in the plant.
• Interact with suppliers to communicate metric compliance and production forecast changes.
• Document supply chain processes and responsibilities.
• Plan customer demand for two firm weeks and a 12-week forecast.
