What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) by communicating with candidates and interviewers to align availability, ensuring all logistics, materials and agendas are accurate and well-documented.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing confirmations, rescheduling, and providing clear and timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience, escort candidates on site through the facility
- Assist with job postings, requisition updates, escort candidates on site through the facility.
- Career fair coordination and occasional participation on campus
- Help maintain sourcing pipelines by tracking candidate flow, supporting outreach efforts, and assisting in amplifying the employer brand through approved communication channels.
- Provide general administrative support for hiring events, assessments, and additional recruitment tasks, contributing to project initiatives within Talent Acquisition as needed.
- Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent education, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (administrative, coordination, recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related support role).
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting career fairs, recruiting events, hiring events, or campus recruiting activities.
- Experience coordinating or tracking administrative processes involving multiple steps or stakeholders.
