Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Recruiter for its Monterrey operations, Mexico. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to meet high-volume staffing needs in a manufacturing environment. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus experience with ATS, are essential.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, build pipelines, and manage external agencies to ensure timely fills while complying with local regulations and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years recruiting experience in full-life cycle roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with ATS and HR technologies.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and hiring practices.
• Experience with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Proven track record in high-volume industrial/manufacturing recruitment.
• Ability to analyze turnover data and translate to actions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, agencies, and referrals.
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews for qualifications and fit.
• Schedule interviews and maintain timely communications with candidates.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings per regulations.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Design and run mass recruitment campaigns for high-volume positions.
• Monitor turnover metrics and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Partner with plant leadership to reduce turnover and improve onboarding.
• Manage external staffing vendors, SLAs, rates, and quality.
